All participants are required to register for the event. Speakers will be registered by the organization. Registration is only possible via this website.
On 27 May, you can get your personal badge at the registration desk.
Every sponsor receives a unique registration code. Depending on your sponsor package, you can register visitors free of charge (check your package for the number of entrance tickets you receive). You receive this unique code by email.
Important: Registration codes are only valid for preregistration until 26 May 2026

09:00-09:30 hours: Visitor registration

An entrance ticket includes lunch, drinks and a networking dinner. In the registration form, you can indicate if you have any dietary needs. From 18:00 hours, dinner will take place (for all attendees).
A sponsor package includes a workstation or stand, depending on your package.
Workstation – bronze sponsor
For a workstation of 4 m² (2 x 2 m) we arrange a high table and electricity at the exhibition area. Please bring your own multiple socket. Wi-fi is available free of charge at the venue. You have the possibility to place one roll-up banner (max 1.5 m wide and 2 m high) behind the table.
Exhibitor stand – silver sponsor
For a stand of 6 m² (3 x 2 m) we arrange a high table and electricity at the exhibition area. Please bring your own multiple socket. Wi-fi is available free of charge at the venue. You have the possibility to place your own background banner behind the table.
Exhibitor stand – gold sponsor
For a stand of 8 m² (4 x 2 m) we arrange a high table and electricity at the exhibition area. Please bring your own multiple socket. Wi-fi is available free of charge at the venue. You have the possibility to place your own background banner behind the table.
Extra stand materials (optional)
If you need any other materials (wired internet connection, LCD screen, furniture etc.), please ask for the possibilities via events@techwatch.nl. Orders can be made by 14 April at the latest.
Building up
You can build up your stand on Wednesday morning, 27 May, from 08:00 hours onwards. We expect the first visitors around 09:00 hours.
Dismantling
After the program at 17:30 hours, there will be drinks on the exhibition floor. You can choose to dismantle your stand before the drinks (during the last presentation at 16:45 hours) or during the drinks.
Floorplan
The floorplan will be made a few weeks prior to the event. We will send you an email with more information later on.
The distribution of brochures and leaflets is not allowed unless approved by the organization. All promotional materials placed at the venue without permission will be removed.
Visibility in Bits&Chips and/or High-Tech Systems Magazine
We offer exhibitors of the Benelux RF&IC Conference special advertising rates in Bits&Chips and/or High-Tech Systems Magazine. Please contact sales@techwatch.nl for the possibilities.
Promotion
As a sponsor, you can help promote the event by:

We will send you the first participant list a few days before the event. You receive the final participant list a week after the event.
